Samsung denied fixing my Green screen issue😪

I was aware about the green line issue for the past 6 months but I never faced it until yesterday and when I went to the Samsung Service Center they said they wont fix it which is completly wrong.

You were already aware that your customer are going to face this issue why not to fix the genuine customer issue. They are asking for 21000/- rupees. Why are you doing this to us Samung. Haven't we brought your elite model, didnt we asked our relatives and friends to get a Samsung. Didnt we provide valuable contents for your Members app.

How do you suppose a college going jobless student will pay this amount?

I am very sad at the moment having a huge brick in my hand😢😢😢

Oneplus does it for free...after reading this I am in a fix should I go for oneplus 12 or S24 ultra.

We are the foundation. If the foundation is not taken care what will happen to the upper floor/ class. Samung should definitly fix this issue and not leave remark on atleast genuine customers. We have payed a high price just for durability and performance.

I had worked hard during 3 months vacations to earn this much 😂 only target was to get this phone. Abh yeah dukh nahi saha jata. Ghar pe bhi bata nahi sakte. Bahut galiyan padegi. Kaise kaise karke 3 din nikal liye. Ghar par pata chal jayega toh bahut kuch sunna padega.

I bought S21 FE 128 gb exynos in 2022. after Security patch update, I got vertical line on display. Went to service centre, they inspect my phone and it did not had any physical damage, not even a single scratch. Still I am facing this issue.
Service centre told me , display replacement will cost around 10k, I refused to pay and they told me they can't help.
And the next day vertical line become three.
