What this behaviour @SamsungIndia: when i visited to #samsung cus service with #greenline issue in my #galaxys21fe then your service partner said this is software issue & my display is on warranty regarding this issue but due to single scratch on display they are not replacing
As you have already coordinated with the service center team regarding your device display issue, they have provided you with information after inspecting the device physically, as per Samsung guidelines, the charges are applicable for physical (scratch) damaged products.
We suggest that you visit the service center again and submit your device for further processing. Rest assured, we will provide best-in-class services, and the repair will be carried out by trained and certified Samsung engineers. Additionally, all parts used will be genuine.
