I received my S25 ultra 2 days before and I had a promotion of 1 year free samsung care plus.I cannot see the details of this in members app or anywhere else.How do I know if it is activated or details about it in general?

you can't check on the members app anymore, the latest update removed that feature.

you can check your order that you received by mail, it usually mentions that the samsung care+ warranty will be activated later, an email is sent separately by an insurance company to let you know it's activated.

last resort would be contact the seller or if it's samsung, just get in contact with the customer support.
