Samsung care plus extended warranty

Rejecting warranty claim on samsung mobile phone galaxy series citing scratch on the metallic frame lol...

When you go to buy a phone from samsung store they almost force you to buy the extended warranty. But when it comes to giving the warranty claims they do things like this. SMH.

Scratches don't get covered in Samsung care plus because its physical damage. It doesn't support physical damage only screen damage and liquid damage are covered. This is true with all the brands. First, know this and then post.

Scratches on frame or back side and the companies are rejecting replacement of faulty motherboard or unrelated problem. That's the problem.

I don't think so they will reject the replacement of the motherboard. Anyways just contact another service centre and try.

Bro, pls understand if you have a single scratch your warranty is not valid for screen damage or anything. Even if you scratch the mobile accidentally at the time of buying your 1 year warranty gone...

Yes because that's physical damage that's like doing purposely so that's why it won't cover. What company is telling makes sense.
