I bought s24 ultra from amazon (preorder) do I have Samsung care plus for 1 year? For free or I have to pay separately???

Depends with the promotion. I think the Samsung care was only for purchases directly from Samsung.

My Samsung care+ had to be activated so if it's not showing automatically you might need to activate it. The call center helped me during this process.

Usually you can find it in the support tap once you click it just keep scrolling down until you see Samsung care+ with start date and end date

In the members app, first goto Support tab, tap on my products to make sure your phone is listed as the current phone/device.
Then, go to the first tab and check under benefits.
