Dear Friends, 

Few days back I posted that Samsung denied to accept my mobile phone service under warranty for an error in my display due a to a small dent on the body. Then I wrote to customer care with the same information. A separate team was assigned to handle my request. Then they gave the best service that no other mobile company can do. They repaired my mobile with no additional charges. They followed till I received my phone from service centre. 

A special thanks to be mentioned to a customer care representative named Niveda.S for helping me from the start to the end...

Thank you Samsung...

I'm planning to purchase Samsung S10 5G or Fold in the future. I hope Samsung will continue to do the service at the best...
