Samsung sucks when it comes to Android updates and it's really frustrating that it never improved or put customers on track for what is really happening .. it's been a year since Oreo was released and my S7 edge still didn't receive the update while other brands got 8.1 months ago .. seriously! I suggest that may be you should hire more employees to work on that ans solve that big problem!
