One such user, who goes by the moniker ‘Stinger1’, took to Samsung’s Korean community forum to post photos of the device, which show each of the Note 20’s three rear lenses completely covered by what appears to be fog. The post explains that the phenomenon occurs when the phone experiences temperature changes, such as taking it indoors from a hot summer day to an air-conditioned building, and a number of users have commented similar experiences, corroborating this account

Oh no!  Should I cancel my pre-order and wait for Samsung to acknowledge this?  Doesn't sound good at all!

This might be normal because it appears in Camera lenses also but the water which is accumulated makes lens translucent even when it dissappear
