I am having issue with my samsung wallet. I am unable to use my samsung wallet. Everything I try it says " Samsung Wallet isn't supported on your phone". 
I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Deleted cache , used vpn, did setting reset but none of them did work for me. My device is running on the latest update. 

On samsung store I cant find samsung wallet, only I can download it from the play store.
I only have samsung pass which I can't use to pay. On my previous S25 Ultra it was working 100% , I changed my device from 256GB to 512GB samsung s25 ultra. 

I believe after the update I lost all my payment cards and loyalty cards. 
Is there anyone having the same issue or any solution? 
I got samsung S25 Ultra 512GB, Im from South Africa and my device is also from African region. 
I spoke to samsung agent they recommended me to go to samsung store for devices physical assessment and I went there and they also failed to help me. My device is brand new. Any solution please.

Could've bought a imported device and you were not told especially the 512gb device. I also bought a imported S24 ultra from another seller and had it Returned out of warranty after a lengthy fight.

Be careful of devices bought on takealot.
If you need help I'll assist where possible.

Thanks buddy for your support and effor but my question is
Even if its an imported device , why it has to be that specific app ?
Even tho box shows the africa warranty 24 months.
Plus I bought a 25U from same supplier in past, never had any issue.

If it doesn't have an icasa stamp that is a clear indication that it is an import hence you won't have some functions. Send takealot a return on the device and request for an icasa approved device if they give you problems let me knowQyWfclLbZJ.jpg

Thanks buddy , its a very helpful information and I really appreciate it.
If a device isn't ICASA approved it should have the network issue or phone should or can be blocked but why it has to be that specific app.
I believe icasa approved is for all the device with wireless transmission and its the state policy or work but why it has to be that specific app even tho device isn't icasa approved but from African region and samsung supported wallet service for Africa. Samsung Wallet service is provided by samsung and icasa service is provided by South African government.
I hope you can understand what im trying to ask.
