Samsung Service Centre

Very sad to say.. samsung care centre is now closed in my city. Samsung is exactly doing what mistake whhich nokia did. Very bad decision by service centre. People will loose trust of samsung now. I hope the new merged centre will not be closed in future 💔

I did not say that samsung phones are bad or service center is bad. Service is still very good. I am sad because service center is merged to my neighbourhood city. So if in future i need samsung care i have to go to another city. This is desicion is taken by service centre members they said me.

That's a sad part to hear. In big cities you have more than 5 service centers and in small cities or towns there might be one or two and if there's less demand for service in those places they will keep only one or may move to order nearby city in order to save the cost. In my city Bangalore there are 10 service centres all are good. Earlier there were more than 15 now only 10. I think it doesn't make sense to have so many service center's in a city.

Samsung Service centre is very good it never disappointed me. May be there is a problem at your service centre. We use samsung phones from last 15 years. No major problem came till now. Yes got some small problems in past but samsung gave good service and issues solved. If you dont like samsung just buy another company's phone.
