Samsung S9 V.S Note 9

snapdragon is better in games and consumes less power, but this is not always noticeable. In real use, you will not see the difference.

A normal user wont feel any difference between these 2 CPU's.

If you need S-Pen features you can update. Most of the other features including camera is the same for both the devices.

If you have bit more budget Lets get s10+ snapdragon.Both are amazing devices.(as per my experience)
