For burn ins that have already happened there isn't too much to be done. There are apps that will help you equally burn your entire screen, but idk if burning in unburnt areas on the screen is the option.
I personally used a dark wallpaper and i went to settings > display and i corrected my screen colour to be more neutral because the burn ins had caused the phone to be more red,. It helped me.
