I bought my SIS just 2 days back and the RAM usage is almost 80% and more. The free space is only 600 mb or so which makes the phone slower is cause the app's to be sluggish in opening or accessing like FB, browser, YouTube etc.
I'm regularly optimising and even then it's filling up the complete RAM. I'm a little upset about this and want sometime to kindly let me know how this can be fixed.
Hi. Thanks for the reply but is for 1.4gb ram showing up as free even when you're accessing multiple apps. To me when I access multiple apps and do multitasking, it becomes a bit sluggish as the ram usage is very high.
Thank you for your query. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
Hi. I did have almost 1.4 gb free ram. I have used about 4 apps at a time which are in same time, that's when it's reduced to less than 1. however never tried more than 4 apps. as I keep shutting apps I am not using to also conserve three battery
