I have 2 new S24 phones. They connect to my guest wifi (5g) but doesn't want to connect to my main wifi (2.4g). I have done all the suggested restarts, resets, reboot etc. All wifi's are visible on phone. They say connecting for 1 sec then connection failed . My old phone connects with no problems. Please can someone advise how to solve this, thank you.

Try this. Go to Settings and follow this direction.

Settings > General management > Reset > Reset WI-FI and Bluetooth settings.

Please tell me if it works. If not I will help you further

Go to WI-FI and tap the 3 dots. Tap Intelligent WI-FI. Scroll down and select Connectivity labs. If you don't see it tap the WI-FI Intelligent version number until it say its enabled.

Once in the menu look if there is 2.4G in the list of compatible WI-FI networks.
