Samsung S23FE Airbuds voucher missing

So it's been two weeks since I switched from Apple to Samsung and I was told that the Airbuds voucher would show up in the Samsung members app. I've been signed in and checking for two weeks and no voucher. Something wrong or am I missing something?

If you read the Members forum, it is usual to take week 2 or more to get the voucher to appear. Most of the members have mentioned they have started to get their buds.

Update: I got the voucher yesterday! Just as I started complaining too. Let's see how long it takes to reach me. But good news nevertheless. 🎉 #Finally #VoucherInHand
