How can i extend my samsung warranty. YESTERDAY i had purchased s23u, and i joined samsung care plus in online to extend the purchase. But there i found anything, and i went to samsung outlet and they said like they cant help coz i have already regd the samsung care...
Is there anything i can do to extend my warranty somehow?
Actually, i am quite confused about the samsung care +. You see, whenever we buy an item, 1 yr warranty is complimentary so the so called benefit "samsung care + should be like an extended warranty right? But it says you need to activate it in 30 days? So it is like just a 30 days extension over the complimentary warranty when your purchase the item. Correct me if im wrong.
Kindly note that you can buy Samsung Care+ with your new Galaxy device or within 60 days of your device activation. Just choose one of the online or offline options.
