Samsung S23+ Middle East Version vs International Version

Hi, 

I am going to buy a Galaxy S23 + smart phone ; but when I check I saw two different version on sale in UAE. 

What are the main differences between 2 ? Is there any hardware difference ?  Is there any software limitations on Middle East one ?

Please note that it can be different when it comes to warranty as the warranty is local depends on the region of the device, beside as you have mentioned there is software limitations

as some features may not be available in specific region.
