Hi community 

I got S21 and lately when a call comes in, my fon screen remains Blacked out while ringing, when I try to make screen ON by pressing the ON KEY BUTTON, it instantly drops off the calls. When I try to use the fingerprint sensor it remains unresponsive. 

Any idea as to what's the issue.

Perform a diagnostic check. Your proximity sensor could be the problem

Am using A21s but always struggling with storage space

Same problem with me. Moved all media memory card, but internal memory remains FULL.
DELETED few apps to regain some space.
