I am using samsung ultra s21 5g, recently I updated one UI 7.0 , after that one vertical green is displayed on screen.. I restarted my mobile, but same problem.. what can I do

Already went to customer service center in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, they told that it is a display problem you have to replace with new at your own cost.. this not our problem sir, after updating the one ui 7.0 the problem raised.. this is the update problem...

Please look into this matter , not only me there are number of customers are facing the same problem.. after update.. please make necessary action against this issue.. company should take care of this issue.. we spent a lot of money on Samsung premium mobiles.. why we spent lakhs of rupees on this mobile, because it is a brand and genuine service provide to customers

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung + you will get positive reply try
