Samsung S21 serious battery issue

Worst service in market. Visited service center 3 times and called customer care more than 10 times, absolutely no results, They claiming that mobile is good condition, they are not responsible if banking apps consume more battery. REGRET TO PURCHASE S 21.
Battery screen time only 3Hr 50 minutes
3 weeks old mobile. Customer care supervisor boldly saying we are responsible if other apps consuming more data ( other apps I have only ICICI iPad, hdfc bank app) not even games or fb, insta.
Kindly advice what to do. Really frustrating

Use this app to track battery usage... this will give you better data.. most likely you will come to know, who is at fault here..
