Hi guys, any tips on how to see if your claim on the promotion ( Earbuds Pro and smart tag) that ran for the S21 series has been approved?

Did mine on Saturday and have not heard anything back. I only got a reference number when I first submitted the claim.

Hi, did mine a week and a half ago and also had no feedback.
This week the currier company rocked up at my door with a parcel - also no notice...
But I got my Buds and Tag. A nice surprise.
Hope it helps a bit... but it's frustrating not knowing.

zayne, don't worry... it's a ploy.. I'm waiting 9 months... nothing, no calls... emailed everyone, called Samsung SA, Samsung global... posted here... f all... nothing happens... they jus keep asking references and email... and weeks later... I post again and ongoing cycle...
