Some how Samsung screwed up gift for almost all pre ordered S21's.
Customer service is also useless, unable to give even time frame to resolve issue.
Guys suggest to what else to have this problem sorted.

Voucher is still not appearing after multiple days of phone usage , complaint registration, even acknowledgement of complaint from Samsung.
