Just wondering if anyone has faced the problem am facing.. I updated my phone yesterday and from then the screen ain't responsive cannot get past the lockscreen and phone has put itself on Airplane mode.
I have tried soft reset, removing screen protector and nothing.
If you can't do anything please take it to your nearest samsung for them to check as your lcd touch sensor could have burned out. I had the same problem with my older phone
