Samsung S20 plus Green line on screen after One UI update

On 4th May 2022, I received a security patch level update of version: G985FXXSDFVC9 / G985FOXMDFVC7 / G985FXXUDFVC7.

So I did the update and after updating my phone there was a green line in the middle of my phone display. On 5th May I went to the Samsung service center and the Samsung engineer straight away told me since the product is not under warranty ill have to replace the display paying 15500/- Rupees.

Samsung is providing 5 years update on flagship phones it doesn't matter if the phone is under warranty or not. Then why do this and ask for money from their customer.

Yes problem have been facing S20 FE I replaced my display in 8000 thousand but still this problem exist

Oh 😳 I see, I'm seeing this for the first time on a S20FE, if it didn't change then you have to post a complaint against samsung coz this is unacceptable. Read the below post about a guy getting his S20+ repaired free of cost.

Btw is it Exynos version or Snapdragon based S20FE 5G?

I am already visiting samsung service after changing display cost around 8000 rs .

Today I am going samsung service center. They said your mobile phone need to replace motherboard it cost around 24000/- rupees.

It's been problem with most of the people using s20plus.
Even samsung is aware of it that's the reason mobile exchange program is not listed recently with s20plus but has s20 , s20 ultra
