Samsung S20 Ultra

Extremely disappointed with the way samsung pushing their updates especially for the flagship phone like s20 series still haven't received Android 12 on the other s10 series already updated.

This will put some of samsung user like me who look forward to updates in thinking weather to still keep samsung or switch to iPhone 🤔. 

If you guys don't fix this issues soonest I'm sure ull loose lots user very quick

I wish they cud but they don't give f about customers once product is sold
Especially with south African consumers
