Anyone else having network/signal issues with there S20(I have a dual sim both Vodacom)?I have the phone about 3 weeks had one software update but camera still not what you would expect but even worse on Tuesday sim1 displayed insert sim card and sim2 displayed no service available. Vodacom store i acquired it from couldn't help me due to system being down.Went to canal walk the tech looked through the system, went to the back and i assume ran a diagnostic test and was asked if they should send it away for repairs or attempt to factory reset it but don't know if the reset would resolve the issue. I didn't have my 4000+ contacts, 15000+ photos backed up and didn't really have much choice but allow the tech to try and greatful it did resolve the problem but disappointed by this phone for numerous reasons besides being "forced" to lose my data.

You may backup your data using the steps below:

 

On your phone, please do the following:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Cloud and Accounts
4. Tap on Backup and Restore
5. Select Backup data

I hear you to late now.Besides I didn't expect a R27000 phone to become faulty a few weeks later
