I have been facing problem in my wired AKG C type earphone comes with S20 Plus. The sound coming from right side earpiece is very low in comparison with left side one. No bass only high tone is heared. I dont know whether it is normal or really a problem with earphone. Please guys share your opinions and suggestions how to get them repaired.
Jack connection is ok and equalizer is also default. I have tried these earpones on other Samsung phone but the problem is still there. You are right I should visit servuce center.
