Noticed my wife's phone hasnt been updated since purchase in February. The phone is unlocked and was purchased from a retailer rather than a network provider. Anyone else experience this?

Visit Service Center.
Maybe It have manufacturing fault, if have that!
Then, They provide you replacement.

From which country you purchased this ? And right now where you are using it?

Try to check update by Smartswitch app on PC.
