Bought Samsung S20+ last week and I am happy with the features provided. At the same time, I am very unhappy that I could use those features. I am facing overheating issues from the first day of usage.  The phone gets heats up when the camera app is used for 2-3 mins. As per Accubattery app details, the temperature rises from 37 to 44-degree Celcius while I used the camera for about 10 mins with auto-brightness. The temperature falls down as soon as the camera app is closed. The phone battery drains so fast that for average usage I get less than 8 hrs.

em 8hrs is a good backup time even my a71 also give between 8:30 hrs back up and that heating issue may be causes because of some diffect in phone better go to service center or just replace the piece because it is only 8 days old and another reason for heating my be the processor exynos are known to heat much but in your case it may not be that i suggest you to replace the piece after visiting a service center
