And security of device is also not upto the mark

Oh you mean those work profile apps? It seems to be working fine in my M31. Maybe rebooting or clearing of cache may fix it.

It works fine on my device. You may have to check with your IT team or try reinstalling the application after clearing cache/ data.

Configure the work profile correctly, check with your organization for instructions. I am using work profile on S20 fe 5g for work profile for my organization, it works fine. You may need to remove it completely and set up correctly.
