Samsung S20 FE 5G - Yet to receive November security patch

Why samsung is delaying the security patch update for November? Also I have received the october security patch by 24th of October. Why samsung is providing updates at end of the month  ?

Then how other regions have this update released on November first week? Ain't they working on Android 12? The reason is Samsung India is lazy and they just don't care!
