Samsung S 22 ultra Pre order gifts

I ordered s 22 ultra from samsung website but only received  the phone 

I immediately message samsung customer service they told me a voucher will be available on 10th April so I waited but on 10th there was no voucher so I called they told I dint add the things in the cart but I remember I selected white color buds and case now I have been calling everyday they tell me I will get a call back but nothing

There's no voucher shown in my benefits section
Have been using phone since 6th april.

I am facing the same problem i recieved my phone on 6th april and still no voucher in benefits

did you receive the email after placing the order. and does it say or list the things in your order. coz that's your prove.

Yes u did but I dint show the pre order gifts

if it didn't show pre-order gift then they will definitely not accept your claim. or may be you must show them the receipt with purchase date on it and some proof from their social media posts, that you ordered during pre-order period.
