I purchased this phone in UAE and now m unable to use the samsung pay. Will walking up to the samsung store and upgrading the Indian firmware solve this issue? Can you please guide me.

u can fix Samsung pay or VoLTE on upgrading through Samsung care.

this Samsung pay doesn't work with Indian card

It works in any country with cards supported by samsung pay. Maybe your bank isnt supported.
