Initially it was displaying the launch date as 25th April. we could see countdown. After 25th it's saying coming Soon to the UAE.

This is because you bought your from Middle East and using in a different country.



Same here, on s6 edge plus ,Samsung pay is officially launched in India but i am unable to use this.

Even if.. opened you will not able to add a normal card...you need a international debit/credit card.

i think best option is to  Flashing a different regions STOCK firmware.
