Samsung Pay is not working on my s10plus 

it is giving the error that Samsung pay is unable to connect temporary try again later how should I resolve this problem

I don't have S Secure on my phone. If you live In Pakistan than that's probably the reason why the app isn't installing because of the geographic restrictions. Try installing an apk from the web.
