I am facing a challenge with Samsung Pay. I am unable to use my fingerprint as usual, and I am unable to use the PIN in payment options. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with Samsung Pay's payment options?

Changed the screen protector lately?

You can set another fingerprint to make sure

I didn't change it, and I opened a screen lock that works with fingerprint, until you change the settings does not work in Samsung Pay

To assist you further, follow these steps:
1. Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.
2. Go to the Settings => select Device Care =>Optimize now.
3. Ensure you are using a local SIM card inserted in SIM slot 1.
4. Delete the current Wallet app from your device.
5. Re-download the Samsung Wallet app exclusively from the Galaxy Store to ensure you have the correct regional version.
