Samsung Pay fails to register bank accounts and cards

Whenever I try to register my bank accounts I get a error after SMS verification, i.e an exclamation mark around the bank accounts.

And another problem is that when I register a debit card or credit card the application shows "unable to connect to the server,please try again later".

I've tried clearing the cache,data and even uninstalling the app, but the problem is not solved.

Has somebody faced similar issue?

What is or what was the solution?

which bank you are linking with Samsung pay?

I have 4 bank accounts and I'm unable to register none of them.

I've factory reset my phone and the issue has been solved.
