I purchased Galaxy S21 FE two years ago, I am facing from the purchase date that Samsung Pass is not working on my device.
I also updated the device on latest software update & also Samsung Pass app also.
But still not working.
Please find the issue.

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the issue could occur due to usage and various other factors, might be there a network issue in the particular place and also a possible issue with the banking side server. However, you can follow the below-given steps to resolve your issue

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.
