I bought s8 from UAE nd I can't register my indian bank cards in it as I bought s8 from UAE.
is there any chance it can be done in future.

not possible.
even I tried through indian Samsung showroom.
they installed indian software.
they got wonder, they did it for s7 but couldn't do for S8+

That's because UAE and India firmware is same. you just need to factory reset from recovery after inserting Indian sim.
