I bought s8 from UAE nd I can't register my indian bank cards in it as I bought s8 from UAE.
is there any chance it can be done in future.

It can be used anywhere. Just make sure your bank is supported.

Insert the indian sim and factory reset the phone from recovery mode. Spay will then change to Indian version.
