Samsung Mobiles Hardware Issue

Team,

I am using Samsung S9Plus from past 2+ years. No issues, going great and smooth... Kudos for the Great product...BUT

the main issue I faced is the buttons... They are getting lose and getting lost. My S9plus already lost bixby button and on the way to loose its power button. 

Why so cheap button management in 65k mobile?

How can I fix it...? 

If not so, can U replace the device as APPLE do with their children iPhones... 

It's a manufacturing defect... Not from user end... So please suggest

same problem with me  the hardware level buttons are too weak
