Samsung Messaging App - RCS activation

Received a notification from my Samsung stock message app. It was a pop-up to opt-in to RCS when I opened the app. When will this be fully functional in SA. I agreed to opt-in but i don't see any difference or chat option. Currently using Galaxy S20+.. see image below

I know RCS is active on Vodacom, but the problem is that you need to have RCS active on both the sender and the recepient, otherwise the app will default back to SMS and MMS.

it's working now. able to chat with some of my friends on MTN.. this is cool. better than I expected.

Be patient.. you'll get it. My wife is on telkom and uses A51 she still doesn't have it. I'm on Cell C S20+ I have it

When I insert Cell C Sim card on her phone it does work. So I guess it's telkom delaying it
