Samsung Members vs OnePlus Community

currently I'm using OP6 and S9 . what I see in OnePlus Community forum that there are some discussion going on about features, problems, apps development etc in short some healthy discussion but when I open Samsung members I see more than half of people are A and J series users and spamming whole forum asking about Oreo update and flagship users including me are still waiting for One UI beta which is keep getting delayed. this shows how OnePlus is ahead of any other companies in terms of providing updates.

No, Apple is way ahead. And in Android, Pixel provides fastest updates

I'm taking about Android and obviously it's pixel who gets fast updates because its of Google it self but what about other companies

Samsung is premium brand much larger than OnePlus they have more Developers than Oneplus still they are failing to provide updates at time its end of 2018 and still many users are asking about Oreo!!!

Samsung has a large number of models and processors this is why its updates are not in time.

Samsung large company is ok but team also large why not customers satisfaction provide in time
