Galaxy S
While I try opening the Samsung Members app in my Galaxy S9, it is taking a very very long time to open. I did not have these problem in my previous mobile Galaxy S7.
Pls advise a solution.

It happens because of 2 reasons:-
1) If you are using mobile data and the internet speed lags.
2) Overuse of RAM or piling of of cache
Solution:- Try using Wi-Fi or clear cache in the app settings and restart the phone.

Nope. Both of the reasons are not the issue. And your solution is inadequate too. The problem is with the Samsung Community and R&D servers with the Ping and Jitter issue on Indian ISPs. Connecting to a VPN will solve the problem !

This is because the Samsung Community servers have a less ping and Jitter issue to the Indian ISPs. Try connecting to a VPN with a different location. It really works.
