I am facing a problem with my samsung level u head phone device. I have been using it for 1 year and it was working perfectly. Ever since i have un paired it from my cell phone, I am unable to pair it again. In fact it does not appear nearby blue tooth devices, any help would be highly appreciated

We understand that you have issues to connect Level U headset to your phone. And we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please give the following steps a try, that might help you solve this issue:

Considering that all network data and settings will be reset, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and mobile data. Then you can try to connect again using Bluetooth.
