I had got my phone on May 2nd - I had pre-booked this but i was not getting the Free Wireless Charger Banner in My Galaxy. When i reached out to customer support team, they asked to mail the issue to my.galaxy@samsung.com.

I had sent all the Docs they had requested i.e. Pre Booking receipt, Invoice, Dealer Screenshot, My Galaxy App Screenshot. I had sent nearly 50+ mails to My Galaxy team till date but guess what -

THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE TILL DATE.

PROBABLY THEY CAN SHOW THE AMOUNT SAVED IN THIS AS SAVINGS AT THEIR END. IT'S BEEN 100+ DAYS AND I'VE LOST HOPE TOO. #Cheap #SamsungIndiaSucks #Cheats

Moreover, Cheaptards released 128gb version after ensuring that the 64GB ones are sold out.

Now the Bixby Issue.
