Samsung Galaxy s9 plus update problem

My Samsung Galaxy s9 plus is stuck at android version 8. When I try to update it, it shows latest version installed.

First, which is csc? Settings -> phone info -> Software info -> service provider info

Firmware installed is modified, because the U version is for US, and 0 version is for China

Device is G965U. Sprint career, the product code is SPR in end. CSC is CHC (China Open China) and country csc is TGY (Hong Kong).

Bootloader is SPR version
PDA is TGY csc
CSC is TGY csc
And baseband is SPR csc

Device type and product name on third screenshot doesn’t match. See on screenshot, chn is for China, zc, I don't know.

See on second screenshot, product code lists your device as G965U with Sprint career. G9650 firmware on a G965U device 🤔🤔🤔modified firmware

Sorry to say but... your phone is messed up.

Try to flash G965U SPR firmware
This will solve your problem to get Android 10 but you must flash every time if you aren't in US.
