Samsung has always made miscommitments with its customers be it in samsung s22 ultra or s22 or buds whatsoever. They never apologise and they never improve. Whenever u call them they just give lollypop to customer and make lame excuses. Samsung management should be ashmed of itself. The lazy mentally corrupt management is ruining the reputation of samsung.

Same here. I have contacted them on every platform i.e online chat, whatsapp, facebook, call centre email etc. All they do is topi drame, just now i got a call from samsung centre, the guy started apologising asusual dramebazi and said there is some kind of glitch in process but redemption process has started. I asked him has even single customer redeemed the buds through voucher code yet. He was silent and then he said redemption has started but there is problem. I mean what kind of shi* samsung is trying to play with customers? I told the guy to open samsung members app and check what kind of comments, remarks are being posted over there for samsung and samsung should be ashamed of itself for all this.

There should be an accountability for such things samsung should compensate for making it's customers mad. We have other things to do rather than just keep checking the app for buds. Insaan ko aur bhi kaam hain har time bas voucher check karta rhay

Same experience with me, they asked the details and then said they have escalated the issue and the team will get back to me with the update.
