there are some devices in the lists which even can't handle 2.1 for their kernel, soft API,CTS incomplete....

A50,A50s,M30 etc .....it's kernel, soft API,CTS not made for 2.1 officially...but if you root them then can get anything you want

no source bro ..but seems like that ...it's because if Samsung2 .1 is not coming in A50 like device then how Google will give android 11 to this I am confused..even they didn't give all 2.1 features even in note 9 like device also to maintain its performance.but don't totally believe me ..better let's announced official lists of elegible models ..but I think that 51,31,71 like these models along with recent flagships will get android 11
