What happen to samsung the flagship S8 not got ui2

Even last time security update come with too late ang get now october update and another side my on max got december security update 

Really Samsung confused........

s8 launched in market with android 7 , so it already recieved android oreo and android pie , 2 OS UPDATE so it is not eligible for Android 10 based oneUI 2.0
